While he will miss his rookie season with knee surgery, Portland Trailblazers rookie Greg Oden should not be compared to Sam Bowie just yet. Unfortunately, the comparisons between the former Ohio State star and Bowie, the guy forever known as the pick before Jordan, are being made. Some are already wondering whether the Blazers screwed up by not selecting stud University of Texas forward Kevin Durant, who was drafted by the Seattle Sonics with the second pick in this year’s draft.
